Make that G&T Mojitos.

I recently purchased some mint
(I'm the Queen of impulse buys)
and had to come up with a creative way to use it.

Enter cocktails.

As a break from Ireland planning, Alex and I decided to imbibe in an al fresco cocktail.
After a quick survey of the fridge, this is what I came up with:

 Muddle mint and limes.
Fill rocks glasses with ice.
Pour muddled mix over ice.  Add a jigger (or so) of gin to taste.
Top with lime juice (or limeade) and tonic water (or club soda).
A truly refreshing hybrid treat!
Gin & tonic meets mojito.

Caution:  Consumption will greatly impede further trip planning.
