Blue stripes

LOVE both of these blue-striped looks.

There's something sophisticated, yet casual, about the nautical look

in the summer months that I can totally dig.

And Lord knows I love me a maxi dress.

Too bad the stripes are going the wrong way, no?

(No one wants to look like a fat blob, let alone when it's 100 degrees Fahrenheit.)

However, I'm thinking the fitted, tailored shapes of the above frocks

would ward off the extra poundage horizontal stripes usually bring.

I got my birthday card from Anthro in the mail,

so I guess there's only one way to find out for sure!
