10-12 hour days everyday this week with "the old man" preceptor.
Here is pretty much what a day's timeline looks like:
However, I usually start the day at stage "slightly sleepy."
And there are usually tears shed somewhere between "super sleepy" and "knock out."
"Knock out" tends to occur while still fully clothed, on the couch, with a half-eaten plate of dinner in my lap.

Between you and my sweet fetus sucking all the energy from me,
I sometimes wonder how I'll make it to Friday alive.
All I know is that I've clocked over 330 clinical hours already.
At this exhausting rate, I'll be done sooner than anticipated!!
Then I can get my Rip Van Winkle on...
